Nomex Honeycomb and Carbon Foil Boards

Custom Builds

Custom development has always been at the core of Voga Marine.

Each board is designed and built to meet specific mechanical objectives—weight distribution, stiffness, durability and riding feel—depending on the rider, the discipline and the intended conditions.

This approach relies on the careful selection and combination of advanced materials, chosen not for standardization, but for their ability to deliver a precise structural response.

From full carbon constructions to reinforced areas and tailored layups, every detail is defined to achieve a specific performance outcome.

Rather than following fixed constructions, each custom board is the result of a deliberate balance between materials, geometry and use.

Small Series Production

Alongside custom development, selected models are now set for small series to access more advanced composite technologies.

This evolution is the result of extensive research, testing and practical experience in both board shaping and composite construction.

As early as 2018, we explored hollow construction concepts, with Frédéric Faure presenting one of the first hollow boards developed in collaboration with leading composite industry partners.

Today, small series production makes it possible to implement high-end processes such as hollow carbon prepreg construction with honeycomb cores, technologies that require dedicated tooling and controlled manufacturing environments.

These methods allow us to achieve lighter, stiffer and more responsive structures, while maintaining consistency across each build.

Small series are not a step toward mass production, but a way to unlock higher performance through advanced construction techniques.
