IMPORTANT SAFETY NOTICE – READ CAREFULLY BEFORE USE
(Wing Foil / Surf Foil / SUP Foil / eFoil / Foil Assist / Pump Foil)Foiling and paddle sports, including wing foil, surf foil, SUP foil, eFoil, and foil-assist systems, involve inherent risks that may result in serious injury or death. These risks are an integral part of the activity.
By using this product, the user acknowledges that they understand and accept the risks associated with foiling sports. These risks can be significantly reduced through appropriate training, correct equipment selection, proper maintenance, and responsible behavior.

General Safety Principles
• Foiling sports are physically demanding and require good physical condition.• Users must be able to swim competently.
• Professional instruction is strongly recommended before first use.
• Users must assess their abilities and remain within their personal limits.
• Alcohol, drugs, or any substance impairing judgment must never be used.
• Never practice alone; ensure assistance can be reached if necessary.
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
• Always wear an approved personal flotation device (PFD).• Always wear a helmet designed for water sports.
• Additional protective equipment (impact vest, wetsuit, footwear) is strongly recommended depending on conditions.
• Dress appropriately for water and weather conditions to prevent hypothermia.
Environmental Awareness
• Assess weather, wind, tide, current, and water conditions before entering.• Avoid storms, lightning, offshore winds, and reduced visibility.
• Maintain safe distances from swimmers, vessels, obstacles, and fixed structures.
• Avoid overcrowded areas and respect navigation rules.
• Only use authorized and permitted areas where applicable.
Product Use and Handling
• Inspect all equipment before each use.• Do not use damaged, worn, modified, or improperly assembled components.
• Use only manufacturer-approved parts, batteries, chargers, and accessories.
• Maintain control of the board and foil at all times.
• Foiling in shallow water significantly increases the risk of severe injury.
• Progress gradually and avoid advanced maneuvers beyond your skill level.
Leash Warning
The leash is a board retention device only. It is not a life-saving or rescue device.• Never wrap, coil, or hold the leash around your hand, wrist, fingers, or limbs.
• Always use a leash appropriate to the discipline and conditions.
• Always practice the use of any quick-release system before entering the water.
Leash use in strong currents, rivers, or whitewater environments presents a serious entanglement risk. In such conditions, a leash must only be used when combined with an approved personal flotation device (PFD) equipped with a functional quick-release system and after receiving appropriate professional river-safety training.
eFoil and Foil-Assist Specific Warnings
Electric propulsion systems (eFoil and foil-assist) introduce additional hazards related to speed, propulsion force, electrical components, and batteries.• Always receive specific training before using an eFoil or foil-assist system.
• Start in low-speed or assist modes and progress gradually.
• Never exceed speeds appropriate to your skill level or surrounding conditions.
• Maintain increased safety distances from other water users, vessels, and obstacles.
• Always ensure the propulsion system is switched off before entering or exiting the water.
• Never place hands, feet, or body parts near the propulsion system while powered.
• Regularly inspect electrical components, wiring, batteries, and connectors.
• Use only manufacturer-approved batteries, chargers, and control systems.
• Do not use electric foiling systems in thunderstorms or when lightning is present.
• Follow all local regulations applicable to electrically assisted or motorized watercraft.
User Responsibility
The user is responsible for ensuring that this product is used in accordance with these safety instructions, applicable laws, and local regulations.Failure to follow these instructions significantly increases the risk of serious injury or death.
