Terms:
  • Please provide a copy of your ID card or passport.
  • A security deposit is required, either by check or credit card authorization.
  • Liability insurance is mandatory.
  • Equipment will be inspected together at pick-up and return.
  • Rental equipment is for your personal use only — lending it to others is not allowed.
  • Use of the equipment must remain within legal and safe areas (authorized navigation zones, local regulations).
  • A medical fitness certificate and liability waiver will be provided for your signature before renting.
  • Renters must confirm they have the skills required to use the equipment safely.
  • In case of theft or loss, the equipment will be charged at its replacement value.
  • Any damage will be repaired and billed according to the rates published on our website.
  • Pick-up and return take place at the Voga Marine workshop in La Seyne-sur-Mer during opening hours (10:00–12:00 / 13:30–18:00).
  • Rentals may be suspended or cancelled if conditions are deemed unsafe by Voga Marine.
  • Equipment must be returned clean and in good condition; cleaning or repair costs may apply if necessary.
  • If you decide to purchase equipment, your rental fee can be credited back as a personal, non-transferable voucher valid across our range.
  • Voga Marine reserves the right to decline a rental.
